Alicia assists with the management of the college budget; provides extensive accounting expertise to support department budget management and accounting processes; supervises Financial Services staff; enhances and develops the competency of financial staff throughout the college; performs internal financial reviews to identify areas of significant risk and opportunities to enhance processes to address more complex reporting requirements and the strategic use of resources; and provides financial administration expertise with process development/enhancement in accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, travel, contracts, and budget management across various funding sources.
