2023 University Research Symposium: March 27th and 28th I James B. Hunt Jr. Library

We received this notice from the Office of Research and Innovation. This will be an excellent program and we invite all interested faculty to register and attend.
 
Join us for the 2023 University Research Symposium brought to you by the Research Leadership Academy and hosted by the Office of Research and Innovation. The University Research Symposium provides a forum for cross-college networking and seeks to promote collaboration across disciplines and colleges. The purpose of this event is to introduce researchers and scholars to each other, to explore opportunities for new partnerships, and to envision the future of research at NC State.

This year’s focus will be on Putting Data Science into Practice: Emerging Role of AI in Research. The program agenda will include:

* Keynote speaker
* Panel focused on the AI Bill of Rights
* Faculty lightning round presentations
* Facilitated discussions
* Networking opportunities

If you are interested in learning about how faculty at NC State are utilizing data science and exploring the role of artificial intelligence in their research, save the dates (March 27-28) and let us know that you plan to attend. If you are an NC State faculty member engaged in related research or scholarship, please consider participating in the lightning round presentations.
