Learn About Applying for National Humanities Center Fellowships

The application period for the National Humanities Center residential fellowships will open on July 1, and the deadline for applications is Oct. 6, 2022. Information on the program is available on the center’s website.

We have had good recent success with this program, and this is an excellent way to secure the time you need to undertake significant scholarly projects. 

We are also very pleased to welcome Matthew Booker, the Vice President for Scholarly Programs at the National Humanities Center, to a zoom meeting on Thursday, August 25, at noon. If you would like to receive the zoom invitation to that meeting, please register for this meeting at this link. Between now and then, we will also be gathering examples of successful proposals that you can review to learn about what goes into a successful application.
