Sydney L. Reichin (Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at North Carolina State University. Dr. Reichin is also the director of the Squid Lab. More information can be found here.

Dr. Reichin's ongoing research primarily focuses on predicting, understanding, and addressing workplace deviance, with an emphasis on personality, implicit motives, and psychometric assessments, particularly related to maladaptive traits such as the motive to aggress. Recently, she has expanded her work to include topics related to security, terrorism, and targeted violence, aiming to enhance resilience against attacks on soft targets and improve threat evaluation and mitigation in workplace settings.
