Scholarships

Our students aim high, and scholarships help them reach their goals. The college offers various merit and need-based scholarships, enabling students to study abroad, conduct research and in many cases, pay their tuition and meet their financial obligations.

How to Apply for Scholarships

Undergraduate Scholarships

  • Undergraduate students apply for most scholarships through Pack ASSIST, NC State’s scholarship application portal.
  • Students complete a general application in Pack ASSIST, and the university matches them with awards for which they qualify.

Graduate Student Support

  • NC State offers a limited number of fellowships, grants and other awards for graduate students. Students should check with their home department about program-specific awards.
  • The Graduate School also provides helpful resources for searching for fellowships and grants.
