Stephanie R. Carter
Serves as a member of the Administrative and Executive Leadership Teams participating in strategic planning and operational decisions in support of the college’s mission, philosophy, and vision for teaching, research, and engagement activities. Provides guidance on HR matters working with Dean and College Leadership to realize strategic objectives through purposeful deployment of human resources. Represents the college in university governance, administration, and planning in HR matters. Serves as the chief college HR officer evaluating issues across organizational boundaries sharing knowledge to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes. Directs the establishment, ongoing review, and dissemination of HR-related principles and processes in the college.
