Bio
I am primarily a political theorist with a focus on critical political thought. I teach a variety of courses including “Introduction to Political Theory” “American Political Thought” “Introduction to American Government” and “Legislative Politics and Process.” I also teach a variety of special topics classes. These have included: “America Post-Mortem: Thinking the End of the Republic” “The Politics of Past and Future” “Shakespeare and Politics” and “Political Theory in Everyday Life” Most recently my research and papers have explored a “post-environmental environmentalism” but I am also interested in the intersection of political psychology, ideology and politics.
