consumer courts in India and their effectiveness in facilitating access to justice; private higher education in Turkey;cross disciplinary conference in April on environmental issues in India (I will be presenting a paper on the Supreme Court case which mandated a shift to CNG for all public vehicles in Delhi); beginning preliminary work on India’s new Green Courts
