Currently residing in Fuquay-Varina NC

I spent two decades working as a music journalist for various national publications, including Billboard, NatGeo’s World Music Website, Wired, CDnow, CMJ/New Music Monthly.

Extension and Community Engagement

I’m involved in adult education, teaching various course online for Strayer Univ.

Research interests include: Pre-modern Christian Theology; Buddhist and Confucian thought; Art History (Renaissance, Baroque, Northern Painting, Islamic architecture), Witchcraft, Magic and popular superstition in pre-modern Europe.
