Bio
Tatiana Kozhanova (Ph.D. in French Language and Literature, 2005, The Moscow State University) is currently a Teaching Assistant Professor of French at North Carolina State University. She teaches a wide range of courses including French Phonetics, Contemporary France (Advanced French Conversation), and Franco-Belgian Comics and Visual Arts. She is also co-directing NC Summer Study Abroad Program in Lyon. Her research focuses on French culture and literature of the 17 th century, women’s studies, French and francophone comics and graphic novels. She is also passionate about teaching French and currently is working on an article about teaching French as a second language using multimedia and visual arts.
