My ongoing research primarily focuses on predicting, understanding, and addressing workplace deviance, with an emphasis on personality, implicit motives, and psychometric assessments, particularly related to maladaptive traits such as the motive to aggress. Recently, I've expanded my work to include topics related to security, terrorism, and targeted violence, aiming to enhance resilience against attacks on soft targets and improve threat evaluation and mitigation in workplace settings.
