Michelle Kranig

Bio

Michelle joined the Center for Family and Community Engagement as a University Program Associate in January 2025. Michelle attended North Carolina State University where she earned a B.A in Psychology (2009). She has worked in higher education as an administrative support professional for the Medical University of Southern Africa and was the Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources and College Safety at Wake Technical Community College. Michelle grew up in Pretoria, South Africa where she worked for her family’s photography business, and she recently owned and operated a local power washing business. Michelle has one daughter who also graduated from North Carolina State University. In her spare time, Michelle grows tropical plants in her greenhouse.
