I am a public management scholar who draws on theories and perspectives from Public Administration, Sociology, and Organizational Psychology to understand challenges in public service delivery, particularly as it relates to reaching vulnerable and/or previously underserved populations. I have a secondary interest in the role of asset management in nonprofit service delivery efficacy. As a mixed methodologist, I use inductive and deductive approaches in combination; what sets me apart is that I also specialize in using GIS to think creatively and critically about complex social science problems.
