Bio

I am a Ph.D. student with an interdisciplinary academic background spanning electrical engineering, business administration, and communication and digital media. I did my undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, which gave me a strong foundation in technology, organizational systems, and strategic decision-making. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in CRDM, where I am expanding this interdisciplinary foundation through research in media studies, PR, AI, health comm, and digital humanities. Alongside my research, I have begun contributing to academic scholarship through publications including a book review of “Reparative Media: Cultivating Stories and Platforms to Heal Our Culture,” written by Dr. A. J. Escoffery, in the Journal of Communication Inquiry, which gave me the opportunity to engage critically with emerging scholarship in media and communication and further develop my academic voice as a researcher.
