Iseul Choi
Bio
Iseul Choi is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at North Carolina State University (NC State). Her research agenda focuses on important issues regarding how governments can deliver effective and equitable outcomes to citizens, and how to make a diverse and inclusive public sector workforce particularly using a human-centered approach and behavioral insights. Her work has been published in public administration and management journals including Public Management Review, American Review of Public Administration, International Public Management Journal, and International Journal of Public Administration. Her dissertation has won multiple awards including the SPALR Award from the Section on Personnel Administration and Labor Relation (SPALR) of the American Society for Public Administration, and Distinguished Doctoral Dissertation Award from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, University at Albany. It has been selected as a recipient of the UAlbany Award and nominated for a SUNY Chancellor’s Distinguished Dissertation Award.
