Broadly, Woods’ research focuses on the assessment of Black students and non-discriminatory assessment; the advancement of social justice by school-based professionals for the purpose of achieving equitable outcomes through consultation/collaboration; increasing diversity among school mental health professionals; and community-based and school-based interventions for diverse and minoritized youth.
