2024 NEH Summer Stipends Webinar

The NEH has announced the rescheduled webinar for its summer stipends program. This program is very helpful to potential applicants, and knowing more about this program is going to be very helpful because every institution is now allowed to nominate only one person for this program. Faculty in the humanities and the humanistic social sciences should attend this webinar if they plan to apply. There will be an internal college/university review process to select our nominee.

2024 NEH Summer Stipends Webinar

The National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Stipends program continues to focus on stimulating new research in the humanities and its publication by supporting the work of individual scholars doing research or writing. NEH is introducing changes in eligibility requirements: the stipend amount is expected to increase to $8,000 and submissions will be limited to one per institution. The new program guidelines will be posted by June 18, 2024.
