New Book Reveals Letters from Mexican Artist Frida Kahlo to Her Mother

Recently, Foreign Languages and Literature professor Dr. Héctor Jaimes published the book Tu hija Frida: Cartas a mamá, Spanish for Your Daughter Frida: Letters to Mom that contains a critical compilation of letters written by Kahlo during her time in the United States in the 1930’s, and that was released last October by one of Latin America's most prestigious publishing houses, Siglo XXI.
