Laura Paramoure, Alumna

Laura Paramoure EdD, CEO of Strategic Training LLC, helps organizations with large scale change initiatives, leadership development, performance improvement and training design and evaluation.

About her MALS Experience

In my current role (as well as many of my past roles) I have been required to work across departments within a company to both develop and support a total company strategy.  The MALS degree was prodigious at allowing me to experience different academic disciplines and understand the basic functions within departments of a company, however the greatest gift for me was being given the opportunity to develop key skills in drawing connections between various tasks, processes and concepts from the different disciplines I studied.

I have transferred this skill when working with the different departments within a company.  My ability to draw connections and critically think through solutions with knowledge of the connections has been paramount to my success within my client’s companies as well as in my own company Strategic Training!
