Undergrads Share Research at University Symposium

CHASS undergraduates shone during the 20th annual NC State University Undergraduate Research Symposium at the McKimmon Center. Eleven CHASS majors shared their research. Topics ranged from “Legalizing Sexual Exploitation: Prostitution Law in the Netherlands” (Eleanor Hawthorne) to “Social Networks and Violence in Rio de Janeiro” (Mitiele Konrath); “India, Beauty Pageants and Globalization” (Karen Lundin); and “Analysis of the Global Sex Trade: United States Policy and the Prostitution Debate” (Katie Starr).
