CHASS faculty awards were presented on May 2, 2006. Although only a few faculty members can be recognized at the event, Dean Linda Brady made it clear that every faculty member’s teaching, research, and engagement are vital to the health and future of CHASS, and very much appreciated.

Professor of Psychology Rupert Nacoste was the CHASS nominee for the UNC Board of Governors’ Teaching Award. This university award, coordinated by the Office of the Provost, is the most prestigious award given to faculty for teaching excellence.
