Irwin Morris Named to Lead NC State’s School of Public and International Affairs

NC State’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) welcomes Irwin Morris as executive director, effective July 1, 2019. Morris comes to NC State from the University of Maryland at College Park, where he has served since 2007, most recently as chair of the Department of Government and Politics.
