Xintong Chen is an assistant teaching professor in the School of Public and International Affairs at North Carolina State University. Xintong teaches Introduction to Nonprofit (PS 203) for undergraduate students. Her research interests include nonprofit management; disaster response; diversity, equity, and inclusion. To be more specific, her research explores how organizations sustain their operations and serve their missions in the face of adverse environments and impacts. Xintong has her Master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and her Bachelor’s in public administration from Hebei University of Technology in China. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Public Administration at North Carolina State University.
