Bio

Todd is a native of Raleigh, N.C., and has been an active contributor in the intersections of the local, national, and international community. His education and work experience has afforded him the opportunity to lead federal research projects, write technical reports, implement mission critical improvement projects, and launch new program initiatives for multiple organizations.

Todd has also led a Six Sigma process improvement project, the outcome of which improved the agency’s organizational and operational effectiveness, time-compressed administrative functions, reduced operational costs, expanded service capacity, increased revenue, and bridged the proverbial gaps between stakeholders and stockholders’ interests. In 2012, he was the lead technical writer for a very rigorous higher education accreditation project for a private business school in Northeast Asia, seeking to become internationally accredited by the Accreditation Council of Business School Programs (ACBSP). In 2013-2014, Todd was tasked with researching and writing the ‘Market Intelligence Report’ section in the strategic plan of a federal agency based in Washington, D.C.

Most recently, for his 2021-2022 AmeriCorps VISTA service project, he created a multi-phase outreach & marketing plan for a local nonprofit that targeted 18 counties in rural Eastern North Carolina. Todd comes to us with a bachelor’s degree from Shaw University, master’s degree from Drexel School of Law, and an honorary doctorate from San University in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, where he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer between 2010-2012.
