Melissa (Missy) F. Hannah is a third-year Ph.D. student focusing on technical communication, social media marketing, corporate social responsibility, and the rhetoric of social media activism. She currently teaches courses in documentation design and science communication at NC State. She also works as a Developmental Editor for SAS Institute in Cary, NC.
