Evan Johnson
Bio
My primary research interests are in the areas of political rhetoric, propaganda, media ownership, censorship, bureaucracy, and social media. My prior work has focused on how these forces contribute to democratization, particularly in the former Soviet Union and China.
In addition to my graduate studies, I currently direct the data analytics and process improvement programs for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) and have a practical interest in network analysis, organizational and interpersonal communication.
