Fill out our <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdS3CyqQZ6uISRAdpc9k8yIkv89ctsiX86-wK8HP40qE6PUOg\/viewform\">Communications Request Form<\/a> to let us know. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Electronic Billboard Signs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The university billboard system displays high-visibility announcements on TV monitors placed throughout college buildings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How to use:<\/strong> Submit slides to <a href=\"https:\/\/billboard.ncsu.edu\/\">NC State&#8217;s billboard system<\/a>, and our team will consider them for monitors in CHASS buildings. We offer a few <a href=\"https:\/\/chass.ncsu.edu\/intranet\/communications\/communication-resources\/#billboards\">billboard templates<\/a> on our communication resources page. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meetings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dean&#8217;s Tuesday Check-Ins<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The dean hosts 30-minute Zoom meetings most Tuesdays throughout the fall and spring semesters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> <strong>How to use:<\/strong> Attend the dean&#8217;s check-ins to stay informed and get answers to your questions.
