Nevis, West Indies - Dr. Scott Fitzpztrick

Dr. Scott M. Fitzpatrick has over 15 years of experience conducting archaeology in the Caribbean and other island regions such as the Pacific. For four of the past six years, Dr. Fitzpatrick has directed the Carriacou Archaeological Field Project through Study Abroad which focuses on training students in archaeology and investigating the Precolumbian settlement of islands in the southern Caribbean. His research interests include colonization and migration strategies, human impacts on ancient environments, and maritime adaptations.
